Consultations to understand and learn about your skin concerns
All new clients begin their skin health journey with a consultation. This is the first step so we can get to know each other and help you achieve your skin goals.
A qualified dermal clinician will conduct the consultation via Zoom.
We will have a conversation about your unique concerns taking into account all your previous treatments, medical history, lifestyle factors as well as your current home care. Those may be compromising your skin and causing problematic dermatological conditions you are experiencing.
We offer three types of consultations depending on where you are currently at with your skin journey.

ONLINE ULTIMATE SKIN WELLNESS STRATEGY SESSION
Ready for lasting change and results but not sure where or how to start? No matter where you are in the world, or in your skin journey, you have come to the right place. Before you get frustrated buying yet another expensive useless cream or endure a painful clinic procedure, let’s talk via Zoom.
This will be a complete educational experience to bring you the understanding and awareness you need to navigate your lifestyle and choices that may be ultimately affecting your skin from the inside out. This is designed for new clients who have already started on a clinical skin journey and are familiar with using cosmeceutical products and have a regular skincare routine. It’s best for you if you wish to transfer the care of your skin into our loving professional hands.

30 MINUTES
ONLINE SKIN HEALTH PROGRESS REVIEW
Recommended for existing clients near or far.
It’s designed so we can touch base and get you up to date with the progress of your skin journey and current skin care routine. You will feel more confident and understand where you are at, see visible image comparisons from the OBSERV Skin Imaging which will allow you to decide where you are at with achieving your ultimate skin goal so far.

- Updated recommendations of clinical treatments and cosmeceutical home care routine

Until we have had the chance to properly assess you and your skin, we cannot recommend the best products, routine or treatments for you.
A consult provides the opportunity to have a conversation with you to understand your skin, discuss your concerns, goals, availability, budget and downtime requirements.
- If you have had concerns with your skin for a long time and tried various things without long term results, we would recommend booking the Ultimate Skin Wellness Transformation or the online version if you are not located in Canberra.
This provides plenty of time to assess all factors that may be compromising your skin’s health all along that you may not have been aware of.
We will take images using the OBSERV 520 and customise a medi hydrafacial and LED light therapy to give a great boost to start your skin on the right path.
However, if you are already familiar with cosmeceutical skincare and clinical treatments, and wish to begin treatments with us, our Skin Analysis Consultation may be more appropriate.
- Our Skin Health Review is for existing clients only and allows the opportunity to reassess and refine your current treatment plan.
- Online consultations are recommended only for interstate or international clients, or those unable to attend the clinic in person.
Symptoms of the skin comes from so many factors and choices that you make on a daily basis. Prior to our consultation, you will be required to fill out an extensive form providing us background information on your health and concerns so we can further dive deeper with relevant questions during our conversation to give you a customise skin care routine.
If and when treatments are needed, we will support you to find a clinic in your area for treatment, while we continue to support your skin’s home care. We have been conducting consultations online since 2018, so we have it down pat.
