Row | Emerging Dermal Clinician
Row
Row is a warm, passionate and highly driven emerging Dermal Clinician who brings genuine care, curiosity and attention to detail to every client she treats.
Currently studying Dermal Therapies full time at the Australian College of Health and Wellness in Sydney, while also working full time at Skin Wellness Academy, Row already has three years of experience in the skin and beauty industry. She loves helping clients feel cared for, confident and excited about what is possible for their skin.
Before finding her passion for skin and wellness, Row spent an incredible 21 years as a chef, including owning restaurants and working alongside highly regarded chefs. This has given her a strong work ethic, an eye for detail and a drive to always keep learning and improving.
Outside the clinic, Row loves keeping fit and healthy, mountain biking, meditation, manifesting, good food, being by the coast and spending time with her three grown sons. Her own love of health, wellbeing and family is a big part of why she feels so at home in the wellness industry.
Her favourite treatment is Alma Opus Plasma Resurfacing, which can address multiple concerns, including texture, sun damage and signs of ageing.
And her skincare must haves? Vitamin C and Tranexamic Acid for brighter, healthier looking skin.
Kate | Front of House & Beauty Therapist
Kate
With eight years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, Kate brings a wonderful combination of industry knowledge, genuine warmth and a natural love of caring for people to the SWA team.
Currently focusing on front of house and administration, Kate loves welcoming clients into the clinic, getting to know them and being part of their skin journey. One of her favourite things about SWA is seeing clients walk out of the treatment room glowing, confident and feeling good in their skin.
Outside of SWA, Kate loves spending time with family and friends, staying active and escaping to the coast whenever she can. She hopes to continue her studies and return to the treatment room in the future.

Zoe | Junior Receptionist
Zoe
Zoe is one of the warm and friendly faces welcoming clients to Skin Wellness Academy. At just 16, she has already been part of the SWA team for almost two years and has grown into a confident, mature and professional member of our front of house team.
While completing high school, Zoe continues to build her skills in client care, reception and the skin and wellness industry. Clients are often surprised to learn her age because of the confidence and professionalism she brings to her role.
Zoe loves being part of the SWA team, especially getting to know our clients and working alongside a team she genuinely enjoys being around.
Outside of SWA and school, Zoe loves watching movies and relaxing after a busy day. Looking ahead, she would love to experience living interstate and build a career she loves where she can help people.
Her favourite treatments are peels because she loves their versatility and how quickly they can refresh the skin.
And her skincare favourite? Synergie UberZinc for the ease of moisturiser and SPF protection in one simple step.
Sep | Cosmetic Tattoo Artist | Lashkani

Sep Ashkani is a permanent makeup artist with over 11 years of experience, specialising in brows, lips and eyeliner. Based in Sydney, she has treated clients in Sydney, Dubai and the UK, and has trained with artists across Austria, Russia, Serbia, Dubai, Germany, Ukraine and Vietnam.
Sepās work focuses on natural, refined results created with precision and care. She also offers advanced master training for experienced permanent makeup artists.
Sep visits Skin Wellness Academy two days each month and has been visiting for over a year.

Tina Ashkani | Registered Nurse | AHPRA reg. NMW0001357504
Tina
Tina Ashkani is a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration number NMW0001357504) and trainer with a background in non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She practises at Youthful Cosmetics in Sydney and visits Skin Wellness Academy two days each month, so Canberra clients can book a consultation without travelling interstate. Tina has been visiting Skin Wellness Academy for over a year.
Tina is also a Head Clinical Trainer for Juvāae.
Tinaās consultations are client-focused and personalised, and she takes a gentle approach so clients feel comfortable and at ease. She has taken part in private masterclass training sessions with plastic surgeons.
