THE HEART OF WHY THIS EVENT EXISTS
Thrive Through Change was created to support women through one of life's most significant transitions: perimenopause, menopause and the years beyond.
For decades, women give so much of themselves to their families, their workplaces and their communities. This day exists to give something back.
It is a space to feel seen, understood and supported, with credible information from a multidisciplinary panel of experts, practical tools to take home, and genuine connection with women who understand.
This is more than an event. It is a community, a tribute and a way of giving back.

THIS DAY IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU…
- Understand the physical, emotional and hormonal changes of midlife, explained by credible experts
- Feel validated, supported and less alone
- Take home practical, everyday tools and questions to discuss with your own health practitioners
- Reconnect with your confidence, energy and sense of self
- Give back to women and children in hardship through The Tarrant Foundation
- Build connections with women and practitioners in the Canberra community
When women are supported, everyone around them benefits: partners, children, friends and colleagues.

WHY THIS PANEL MATTERS
No single specialist can cover this life stage alone. Midlife hormonal change can touch sleep, mood, skin, energy, relationships, identity and confidence. That is why this day brings together medical, scientific, emotional and lifestyle perspectives in one room.
You'll leave with:
- A clearer understanding of the changes your body may be going through
- Reassurance that you're not alone
- Practical lifestyle, movement and nutrition ideas to explore
- Skin and self-care insights
- Questions to take to your own GP or health practitioner
- A renewed sense of confidence and community
This event is educational. It is not a substitute for individual medical advice.
